Alaskan Pipeline (Drink)
Yukon Jack to me somehow just goes with the dead of winter. My association dates back to a blizzard during college, a fifth of Jack and a brown paper bag. After trouncing around the campus in 2ft of snow and eventually getting kicked out of a frat party, I woke up face down in a snow bank with a fresh gash across my back and no cell phone. According to the bottle, "Yukon Jack is a taste born of hoary nights, when lonely men struggled to keep their fires lit and cabins warm."

Alaskan Pipeline:
1/2 oz Yukon Jack 1/2 oz Amaretto
Shake on ice and strain into a shot glass. Drink as shot, wipe moustache on flannel covered sleeve and head-butt a moose for added effect.
