Shipping Policy

NewYorkBarStore.com strives for prompt shipping! All prepaid (non-check) orders, unless otherwise noted, ship within 48 hours and usually next day. Orders paid for by check will take longer to ship, as we will have to wait for the check to clear prior to shipping. We utilize both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Most orders arrive after within two to seven business days. If you do not receive your order within ten business days, please email us at info@newyorkbarstore.com and list “DELAYED SHIPMENT” in the subject and we will research it and get back to you within 24 hours.

International Orders:

Shipping charges for orders outside of North America estimated charges. We offer a 10% grace on shipping, and may request additional funds before release of goods.

New York Bar Store main warehouse location:

Rockford, IL 61109

Most of orders come from this location. Some items may come from the other warehouse locations. Sorry no walk in or local pick up. New York Bar store team will immediately inform customer to inform there will be separate shipping deliveries.

International orders may take 7 – 14 days regular shipping via USPS. Please inform New York Bar Store team if you have not receive your order after 30days.

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides it’s customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Step-By-Step Order Guide:

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method… No Exceptions.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Refunds, Returns and exchanges

At NewYorkBarStore.com, our first priority is a satisfied customer. We believe that the way to ensure customer satisfaction is to offer top quality new bar supply product(s) along with an uncommon level of customer service. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with our bartending supplies, you may return them within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging for a refund of the full purchase price of the products (sorry, shipping is nonrefundable). Please notify us prior to returning your order at info@newyorkbarstore.com and we will issue a return authorization number and the return address. All returns should be shipped with original forms and return authorization number.
However, from time to time occasional errors are made. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us for assistance to get the right item. We may request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense. If the item is not returned you may be charged for the incorrect item.
Orders cancelled after processing, but prior to shipping are subject to a 10% charge to cover credit card processing fees.

All payments are processed from New York Bar Store’s parent company “New York Bar Store Asia Co. Limited.“, so look for that on your credit card statements.

Backorders: while no one likes backorders, occasionally we will run out of stock on an item before taking down from the store. In these cases, we will e-mail you within 48 hours that your item is out of stock. If this is a multiple item order, we hold the complete order until we get instruction from the customer to split the order upon our managers discretion, or wait until the backordered item is back in stock.
