We believe that the way to ensure customer satisfaction is to offer top quality new bar supply product(s) along with an uncommon level of customer service. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with our bartending supplies, you may return them within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging for a refund of the full purchase price of the products (sorry, shipping is non refundable). Please notify us prior to returning your order at info@newyorkbarstore.com and we will issue a return authorization number and the return address. All returns should be shipped with original forms and return authorization number.
