Thanks for your interest in my purchase. They were perfect. I have a glass chess board and I wanted to make a "death chess" (drinking chess) set and I needed glasses that were tall and thin enough to be able to fit on the squares. The tall narrow-based shooters I bought were perfect. I'm a rather crafty person so I am now in the process of painting the chess symbols onto the glasses.
