Shipping policies

NewYorkBarStore.com strives for prompt shipping! All prepaid (non-check) orders, unless otherwise noted, ship within 48 hours and usually next day. Orders paid for by check will take longer to ship, as we will have to wait for the check to clear prior to shipping. We utilize both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Most orders arrive after within two to seven business days. If you do not receive your order within ten business days, please email us at info@newyorkbarstore.com and list “DELAYED SHIPMENT” in the subject and we will research it and get back to you within 24 hours.

International Orders: Shipping charges for orders outside of North America estimated charges. We offer a 10% grace on shipping, and may request additional funds before release of goods.

Most of orders come from this location. Some items may come from the other warehouse locations. Sorry no walk in or local pick up. New York Bar store team will immediately inform customer to inform there will be separate shipping deliveries.


International orders may take 7-14days regular shipping via USPS. Please inform New York Bar Store team if you have not receive your order after 30days.

Refunds, Returns and exchanges

At NewYorkBarStore.com, our first priority is a satisfied customer. We believe that the way to ensure customer satisfaction is to offer top quality new bar supply product(s) along with an uncommon level of customer service. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with our bartending supplies, you may return them within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging for a refund of the full purchase price of the products (sorry, shipping is nonrefundable). Please notify us prior to returning your order at info@newyorkbarstore.com and we will issue a return authorization number and the return address. All returns should be shipped with original forms and return authorization number.

However, from time to time occasional errors are made. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us for assistance to get the right item. We may request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense. If the item is not returned you may be charged for the incorrect item.

Orders cancelled after processing, but prior to shipping are subject to a 10% charge to cover credit card processing fees.
